When to Rebuild?
Just like regular oil changes, your bike’s suspension needs servicing to maintain optimal performance.
If you ride 2 hours a week, you’ll accumulate 50+ hours on your suspension in just 6 months!
Signs You Need a Rebuild:
20+ Hours: Oil starts breaking down, and performance begins to decline.
40+ Hours: Noticeable loss of damping control due to oil breakdown and wear.
60+ Hours: Significant changes in damping control, worn oil and parts.
100+ Hours: Oil no longer lubricates properly, risking damage to internal components.
Rebuild Process: We’ll provide a detailed estimate, which can be emailed for your review. After
disassembly and inspection, we’ll confirm any additional recommendations before proceeding.
Service and Updates: Once received, your suspension is checked in and worked on by our technicians,
who have all your provided details. We’ll update you via email throughout the process.
